Meetan processes tenant account and contact details, room membership and settings, operational connection information, branding, and purchase records to provide and secure the service. Classroom recordings and uploaded materials are processed when the relevant features are used.

Payment providers process payment details under their own policies. Meetan retains invoice and verification references; customers should enter bank credentials only on the payment provider’s official page. Telegram Stars checkout shares necessary payment identifiers and the Telegram payer identifier with the service.

Tenant owners must inform participants about recording and obtain any required consent. Account and recording access is restricted according to account roles. Do not place sensitive information in public room names or branding.

Contact the business to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data. Financial records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. Retention periods and any required international transfer disclosures must be finalized in the approved policy before paid launch.
